Operational Notes

No separate GA terminal – single passenger terminal; GA handled by Loganair ground handling by arrangement.

A public road crosses the runway 09 undershoot – barriers close before every landing and departure. Airfield closes 20:00 Mon–Fri and 15:45 Sat, opens 11:30 Sun; out-of-hours operations are not permitted, extensions by request to ATC. The Coastguard SAR helicopter based here has traffic priority.
