Civil flights use the separate civil terminal on the south-western side of the shared air base; handlers provide services on request with at least 5 hours' notice.

Opening hours

Mon–Thu 08:30–17:15, Fri 08:30–12:30 local. Weekends, holidays and other times by prior permission (3 hours' notice).

The civil terminal shares the airfield with a military air base. A flight plan must be filed at least 3 hours before arrival and must state that the flight uses the Beja civil terminal. Night landings and take-offs between 00:00 and 06:00 local are barred by law.
