Private handling at Kirkwall EGPA

Kirkwall has 2 handling companies for private and business aircraft: Loganair – 01856 872494 and North Air – 01856 302845. Ask your operator which one they have booked.

No dedicated FBO – visiting aircraft are handled by arrangement with Loganair via the main terminal; PPR with 3 hours' notice.

Opening hours

Airfield Mon–Fri 07:15–20:00; Sat 07:15–17:45; Sun 09:00–20:00, and by arrangement (HIAL). Terminal Mon–Fri 06:15–20:15; Sat 06:30–18:30; Sun 09:00–20:25. Fuel during airfield hours

Fuel only during airfield hours. Charter movements must fit published hours or be extended by arrangement with HIAL; PPR needs 3 hours' notice. Customs and immigration by arrangement with the aerodrome operator.
